Staples Associate Product Manager in Framingham, Massachusetts

Position Summary The Associate Product Manager will be responsible for representing multiple initiatives inside Staples Digital Solutions (SDS) Operations by driving business requirements for tools, system health, and KPIs. This individual will partner with other SDS leads to deliver a best-in-class System Intelligence product across all Platforms.

Primary Responsibilities: * Assist team with requirements, releases and current/future projects * Assist with story writing, prioritization, tracking and acceptance of the product backlog in an agile environment * Work with cross functional areas within SDS to ensure seamless delivery of software features/products * Manage UAT process with internal / external stakeholders, and lead product feature launches * Serve as the point-person with questions or issues with the product, new features and platform integrations, etc. * Be able to dive into issues and help diagnose root cause, recommend functional solutions and partner with others in SDS to design technical solutions, where necessary * Be a resource to the rest of the organization on the implementation and utilization of our products and platforms * Continuous analysis and assessment of existing tool and process experiences * Work with analytics teams to ensure proper reporting is established on all the integrated products (requirements gathering from various business units).

*Qualifications: * * Bachelor’s degree * Minimum of 5 - 8 years in a related field * 1-3 years of product management experience using Agile methodologies * Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote etc…) * Experience with ServiceNow Development preferred * Experience with Splunk Development preferred /Staples is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
