Staples Associate Product Manager - User Experience in Framingham, Massachusetts
Position Summary: The Associate Product Manager will be responsible for representing multiple initiatives across Staples focused around driving and improving the Staples end user experience. This individual will partner will other Staples Digital Solutions (SDS) leads and business leaders to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement across the Staples landscape aimed and elevating and improving associate productivity, collaboration and innovation to deliver a best-in-class associate experience across Staples.
Primary Responsibilities: • Assist team with requirements and vision of overall user experience across Staples within current and future projects. • Assist with communication, prioritization, tracking and implementation of emerging technologies. • Work with cross functional areas within SDS to ensure seamless delivery of solutions features/products • Manage UAT process with internal / external stakeholders, and lead product feature launches • Serve as the point-person with questions or issues with, new products, features and platform integrations, etc. • Be able to dive into issues and help diagnose root cause, recommend functional solutions and partner with others in SDS to design technical solutions, where necessary • Be a resource to the rest of the organization on the implementation and utilization of our products and platforms • Continuous analysis and assessment of existing associate experience across the enterprise focusing on opportunities for improvement • Capture and analyze associate feedback surrounding existing and emerging solutions and tools. • Manage vendor relationships acting as the point person for POC, UAT, solutions investigation and analysis.

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of 5 - 8 years of product management, Information Technology, and/or marketing experience • Customer-centric orientation with proven track-record of developing and acting on customer insights • Demonstrated track record of strong execution and experience partnering with business and technical teams to deliver results • Proven ability to collaborate broadly with flexible, positive attitude and ability to get results with a cross-functional team • Strong strategic, analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to break down complex problems and formulate plans
