The Kraft Group Social Media Coordinator in Foxboro, Massachusetts

Position Summary The Social Media Coordinator will execute the Kraft Sports Group's (KSG) social media strategy with the goal of maximizing our reach and growth of our overall audiences in an effort to strengthen the various KSG brands. The social media coordinator will contribute to the Patriots' accounts, as well as other KSG platforms and will maintain brand voice in all posts and messaging. The social media coordinator will monitor KSG brand mentions and maintain a positive dialogue with fans and will elevate any messaging of a sensitive nature to public relations to maintain organizational consistency. This is a full time temporary role that will work during the off season. Responsibilities & Accountabilities 1.Assist with the growth and management of Patriots international social channels, including communicating with freelance writers on social copy and brainstorming ideas. 2.Responsible for coordinating with the social media manager on all messaging from the KSG primary accounts across all relevant social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat and other relevant platforms. 3.Collaborate with other departments throughout the organization for an integrated social media effort, including NER, public relations, community relations, cheerleaders, retail, marketing, Patriot Place and The Hall at Patriot Place. 4.Work closely with the photo coordinator to identify images for use across all Kraft Sports Group platforms. 5.Communicate and brainstorm with the website development team, content team and corporate communications. 6.Manage a social media calendar for Patriots and other KSG social accounts. 7.Monitor and present relevant data, trends, successes, failures, etc. 8.Monitor @ mentions for Patriots and KSG mentions across many social media platforms looking for opportunities to engage with fans and/or repair damage to threats on our brand. 9.Provide assistance as needed with posts on other KSG social accounts, including Patriots. Skills, Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor's degree or higher - One to three years of corporate or brand representation experience across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Google+, Pinterest - Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously - Exemplary written communication skills - High level editing/proofreading skills - Attentiveness to detail - Creative, highly motivated individual - Strong interpersonal skills - Proficiency with Photoshop and the Adobe Creative Suite - Strong football knowledge and ability to work with game statistics
