What do you get to do in this position?

Aligned on the Internal Communication missions, the Internal Communications Manager delivers high-value communication to internal stakeholder audiences of the EcoBuilding and IT Divisions, supporting strategic priorities. The Internal Communication Manager reports to the Building & IT Business Internal Communications Director implementing the IT and EcoBuilding Divisions communication plans, in order to increase the understanding and contribution of managers and employees to the strategy and priorities of the company, driving a culture of dialogue, reinforcing people engagement and thus the Global Business performance and business impact. He/She acts as guardian of the One Communication Experience model.

  • Ensure alignment on global internal communication stakes, B⁢ Business and company priorities.

  • Advisor to senior management in communications approaches

Supports the Director with the following:

  • Acts as a translator of the Business strategy and priorities and deploys communication actions to drive employee engagement and understanding amongst the Partner Projects and Retail Division audiences of the Building & IT Business.

  • Develops the Division-specific content for the corresponding internal stakeholder audiences and animate communities within the business.

  • Develops and deploys Division targeted campaigns in alignment with the strategic priorities for the segmented audiences.

  • When necessary, coordinates with external suppliers (agencies, freelances, etc.).

  • Develops and monitor a managerial culture of dialogue between managers and team members that includes providing coaching or training to business leaders

  • Designs and manages the Division leadership and all employees’ events, only those supporting the strategy, priorities and people engagement

  • Supports the business transformations, analyzes their impact on people and performance, designs and drives appropriate change communications plan and actions to support the change management.

Internal Communications excellence

  • Align with the Global Internal Communication mission, and roll out its strategic approach, principles, processes and tools (in particular, leverage the IC standardized offer, the global channels and tools in order to increase impact and efficiency).

  • In a proactive and permanent manner undertakes actions to maintain business acumen.

  • Is an active change agent of the IC transformation.

  • Works as team player and promotes communication actions within the Internal communication community (share best practices and create synergies).

  • Shares accountability of internal communications quality and promotes seamless collaboration across peer group

  • Implements corrective actions based on communications activities impact report against established KPIs including return on investment, and optimizing costs in scope.

This job might be for you if:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Business or related disciplines
  • 5+ years of experience in communications, marketing or HR in global companies
  • 3+ years working in a global role with multicultural exposure and working in matrix organizations
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English
