FLORENCE Full time Responsibilities include planning, coordinating and administering marketing efforts as they relate to all aspects of communication to both customers and the community; developing and executing the Bank?s annual public relations plan; managing the Bank?s presence in the press and analyzing the effectiveness of public relations efforts; managing corporate giving and sponsorships and administering the donations database; coordinating trade shows, the customer choice banquet and other Bank hosted programs and events and managing marketing activities associated with opening of new branches by developing marketing plans. The Marketing Communications Manager also is responsible for internal communications regarding marketing campaigns, new product kick-offs, etc. and assists with the creation and production of marketing communication materials and the content for social media and the Bank?s website. Travel to the Bank?s branches is also required. The following skills, experience or background are necessary for this position: Undergraduate degree required, preferably in liberal arts, marketing or journalism; minimum of five years of experience in a related field; strong interpersonal skills as well as advanced verbal and written communication skills; ability to read, analyze and interpret complex data; demonstrated experience and knowledge of personal computers.
