Citizens Bank Head of Talent Acquisition in Dedham, Massachusetts


Reporting directly to the CHRO, the Head of Talent Acquisition will lead the conceptualization, execution and evolution of Citizens Bank’s talent acquisition strategy while leading a high performing team committed to recruiting top tier, diverse talent across multiple business lines and geographies. We are seeking a visionary who will lead the transformation of the bank’s talent acquisition strategy in light of rapid advances in technologies such as artificial intelligence and process automation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Define, implement and evaluate Citizens talent acquisition vision, strategy and business impact.

  • Consult and partner with businesses to meet the organization’s near and long-term strategic objectives.

  • Create innovative sourcing solutions that expand, deepen and enrich diverse talent pools.

  • Develop talent analytics and leverage leading-edge technologies to execute visionary ideas.

  • Design and deliver a compelling candidate and new hire experience.

  • Boost Citizens employer brand and employee value proposition in a highly competitive marketplace.

  • Enhance the bank’s recruiting capabilities to drive transformative growth, culture, and continuous improvement.

  • Partner closely with the Head of Development and other key leaders to maximize internal talent and increase talent mobility.


What we are looking for:

  • The ideal candidate is a highly regarded and experienced leader with a diverse background related to human resources and recruitment services.

  • 15+ years progressive experience designing, managing and leading strategic HR / Talent Acquisition programs in an organization of comparable scale and complexity.

  • A dynamic leader with a success record of running a multi-faceted, enterprise-wide staffing function with talent analytics and integrated marketing and social media strategies.

  • State-of-the-art thinking and practices around recruiting and talent management.

  • Strong expertise in envisioning and leading both strategic and operational initiatives.

  • Adept at managing large scale change initiatives, working with multiple stakeholders within an organization to gain buy-in and drive change.

  • Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with other executive leaders across HR disciplines to deliver on our overarching “people” agenda.

  • A bachelor’s degree is required; advance degree/MBA is preferred as well as a background in Financial Services.

Work Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Monday - Friday
