Digital Media Analyst
We are a diversified retail merchandising company owned by a $2 billion NYSE listed holding company. Recently, we launched a powerful digital out of home media platform through which we target digital advertising content to a worldwide network of screens. We work with major brands and media buyers in the Consumer Packaged Goods, Retail, Financial Services, and Consumer Technology sectors, among others.

We are seeking an experienced Digital Media Analyst to support our growing team on a full-time basis.
The Digital Media Analyst will execute the analytic aspects of our digital media business from the planning through post campaign analysis phase. He or she will ensure that campaigns are appropriately targeted to achieve the brand client’s KPIs and will analyze the performance throughout the campaign cycle, while collaborating with our ad sales, engineering and finance teams to continually improve the workflow and execution processes.
Responsibilities and Duties
Implement and manage multiple simultaneous campaigns from start to finish
Identify the appropriate locations to which media content should be targeted and size each campaign accordingly
Measure campaign performance using various methods, including against control data sets and/or across pre-, live and post campaign time periods
Contribute to the design and measurement of new tactics deemed appropriate in furthering the client’s objectives
Seek ways to continually improve the accuracy and timeliness of campaign performance measurement while deriving insights that can be used to refine our targeting strategies
Conduct client and client-sector specific analyses across all demographic channels where we have access to the appropriate data
Collaborate with the broader media team to make future campaign recommendations supported by existing data and analytics
Have sufficient command of the data to present findings accurately and succinctly to internal and external stakeholders
Perform other duties/projects as assigned
Qualifications and Required Skills
Bachelor's/Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, required. Masters degree preferred
2+ years in large data analytics, marketing experience preferred
Exceptional quantitative skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to conduct comprehensive client-facing research
Experience developing persuasive presentations for clients and internal stakeholders
Experience analyzing large scale advertising campaign activity
Knowledge of online ad serving systems such as DART or Atlas
Knowledge and experience with Jira and Salesforce
