Your Challenge:

  • Align the Market Sales Strategies with Region

  • Tie off Market, Healthcare Alliance, LSP (MyPlan), and Sales strategies to ensure an integrated view and proper balance of Sales Specialist resource to support the selling activity.

  • Work with the Healthcare Alliance, LSP(MyPlan), and Sales organization to support the execution of the Sales Strategy across the full portfolio of patient monitoring solutions.

  • Align with Healthcare Alliance, LSP(MyPlan), and Sales organization to support accurate forecasting and achievement of business-specific sales AOP and BIU goals.

  • Develop strong knowledge of market, accounts, competition and industry trends.

  • Responsible for aggregating competitive and pricing trends in their market and communicating with Field Marketing on issue and sales tools needs.Your Responsibilities: Collaborate to Drive Business Results

  • Work closely with Zone Vice President, Region Sales Manager and Sr. Account Executive to support account strategies for their respective product line.

  • Work closely with Zone Vice President, Region Sales Manager and Sr. Account Executive to determine proper resource allocation to close deals.

  • Ensure that the Specialist team has the tools necessary to bring clinical and technical knowledge and solutions to the customer across the full portfolio of patient monitoring solutions including critical care, general care and fetal monitoring.

  • Ensure that the Specialist team partners the Sales team, particularly emphasizing customer need discovery, solution definition, competitive/clinical positioning and pricing strategies. Lead the Sales Specialist Team to Excel

  • Manage a team of patient monitoring sales specialists

  • Assess team and individual technical product knowledge and sales skills and provide training to fill knowledge gaps.

  • Coach Sales Specialist in customer need discovery, solution design and differentiation and positioning Philips to win VOC.

  • Ensure the team is skilled at understanding customers’ business needs to provide well-designed solutions and provide AM/AE with add-on sales ideas. This includes the ability to partner with the AM/AE to build a MyPlan strategic approach to our customers that includes the complete patient monitoring portfolio.

  • Monitor team and individual performance against business goals and metrics. Own How the Customer Experiences Philips

  • Coach Sales Specialists to partner with AM/AE in designing and delivering solutions that meet the customers’ needs and expectations.

  • Ensure customer issues are addressed and resolved.

  • Leverage full portfolio solution expertise to provide AM/AE with account-specific solutions to customers’ business needs.Your Team:

  • Build a strong internal network to support the efficient delivery of value to our customers, execute deals and resolve customer issues.

  • Maximize the customer experience by teaming up and presenting a One Philips approach to the customer.

  • Initiate collaboration with internal partners to validate and execute the Sales Strategy.

  • Create partnership to share knowledge across BU, Clinical Science, and Corporate Research.

  • Ensure an effective collaboration process between LSP, AM/AE and the Sales Specialist during the sales process, revenue recognition process, and ongoing account management.

  • Work cross-functionally with Zone Vice Presidents, LSP team members, Region Sales Managers and other Philips Sales TeamsYour Profile:

  • 5 plus years of sales management/sales leadership experience managing a large team of 12-14 people, highly preferred.

  • College degree, required. Post-graduate degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Knowledge of P&L management, operations management, business analysis, personnel management, customer management, sales process/management, and working cross-functionally in a large matrix organization.

  • Experience working in IT Healthcare Space, a plus
