As the Program Director for Watson Health Life Sciences, you will report directly to the Vice President of Life Sciences Sales and will be responsible for the sales strategy and execution across the Life Sciences Go to Market team.You will also be responsible for the following:
Provide oversight and management of key Life Sciences sales strategy.
Manage all Life Sciences sales and marketing transformation efforts in partnership with the Life Sciences leadership team and key sales leaders.
Team with Offering Management, Implementations, and other Watson Health organizations to ensure client success.
Manage timelines, report progress, create executive update dashboards and own all change management and communication of Life Sciences commercial transformation results and employee/client satisfaction
Lead all Life Sciences leadership meetings and other duties as assigned by the Life Sciences VP of Sales.
Run Sales organization integration activities
You must possess:

Demonstrated experience in healthcare market
