Oracle Strategic Field Marketing Manager, N.A. Marketing in Cambridge, Massachusetts

Plans, executes, and measures demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and revenue for Field Sales organization.

Meets with Sales leaders to create strategic marketing plan in Sales support of pipeline and revenue objectives. Participant in regular pipeline and forecast review meetings. Develops and implements tactical marketing programs in conjunction with Sales, Channels, Product Marketing, Product Management, Oracle Direct (Telesales), and external influencers such as user groups and industry trade associations. Provides onsite execution support for marketing programs. Tracks lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner. Creates and manages program budget, measures ROI through metrics analysis and reporting. Acts as a virtual team liaison for corporate business initiatives, programs and launches. Communicates program status, action items, and deliverables across Field Marketing team and Sales.

Proven track record executing multi-faceted event programs. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to provide consultative input to senior Sales leaders. Basic understanding of business management and operations, including finance/revenue/pipeline principles. Able to engage customers in dialogue about their business needs and IT solutions. Excellent written and verbal skills, and ability to work on far-flung virtual teams. Moderate technical and strategic understanding of Technology, Applications, and Industry solutions being marketed. Attention to detail and discipline to follow established policies and processes from event design to execution to lead flow.

TheStrategic Field Marketing Managerresides onthe Strategic Field Marketing team and will serve a critical role in helpingNorth America Sales achieve its growth goals. This person will collaborateclosely with marketing campaigns team and sales executives to develop theprocesses, strategies and content requirements needed to execute best-in-classoutcome-based campaigns and programs.

Essential functions include but may not be limited to:

  • Align closely with Sales Leadership to ensurestrategies and tactics for ABM and competitive take-out campaigns

  • Develop personalized marketing campaigns to drivemeetings within targeted strategic accounts

  • Develop test plans and monitor performance resultsfor multiple customer acquisition channels and lifecycle campaigns

  • Author content that is relevant to strategiccampaigns for targeted accounts

  • Measure, report and optimize marketing campaigns



_Preferred Qualifications_



  • Bachelors degree

  • 5 years of experience working in B2B; experienceworking across enterprise, growth markets and channels preferred.

  • Proven success (revenue generation) of multi-channel demand generation campaigns, as well as complex and variable ABM execution using both automated and disruptive technologies via inbound and outbound channels.

  • Analytical mindset with ability to track and report on leading campaign performance metrics as well as lagging revenue attribution, revenue influence and ROI.

  • Experience with CRM and marketing automationsystems, Eloqua a plus.

  • Excellent relationship management skills withability to build rapport, influence and deepen relationships with stakeholders,especially with Sales.

  • Strong and disciplined project management andprocess improvement capabilities.

  • Other soft skills: Customer-focused, goal-focused,self-starter, problem solver, detail-oriented, organized, ability to multi-taskand effectively manage time, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
