ResponsibilitiesThe Strategic Alliance Manager will work as a part of the Strategic Alliances team to help manage existing relationships with enterprise and institutional clients (B2B and B2I), assist in signing new large clients, and initiate new small client relationships. The Manager will work closely with HBX Program Services with the goal of developing long-term relationships resulting in repeat business and cross-sales opportunities. Working closely with the Strategic Alliances team, the Manager will:Manage client relationships, in conjunction with Program Services, to ensure:High levels of client satisfactionHigh levels of client participant registration and engagementAdditional cohorts of client registrationsUpdate CRM systems to track current and potential B2B and B2I clientsPrepare reporting for the team and HBX leadership to project revenue and plan necessary resourcesWith the Associate Director, Strategic Alliances work to increase the number of collaborating colleges and, with HBX Marketing, increase participation at collaborating colleges.Manage administration of contracts and invoices in HBX systems; follow up with clients regarding outstanding paymentsAssist the Director, Associate Director, and contractors toIdentify, communicate with, and sell to large B2B and B2I clientsDemonstrate HBX programsCoordinate the use of HBX programs with other HBS departments and Harvard University schoolsWork with selected clients to develop and implement programs to increase enrollmentManage relationships with new smaller B2B and B2I clients, bringing relationship through prospect identification and cultivation stages Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications BA/BS required 2 or more years of experience working with clients and developing opportunities for additional business

Additional Qualifications Strong customer service orientation, with excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple streams of work with competing priorities Comfort working in a constantly changing environment; flexibility and sense of humor are criticalDesire to learn and grow in a highly dynamic organization
