About the Job

Reporting to the VP Global Communications, the Communications Operations and Analytics Analyst is responsible for managing communications measurement (public relations, employee engagement, and events metrics) to track performance and support business decisions, as well as identifying ways to improve processes and operations for the organization to drive key projects to completion.


  • Partner across the Global Communications department to produce and deliver monthly metrics reports

  • Provide insights from data and recommendations for actions

  • Partner with sales and marketing to develop a process and ROI model for customer events

  • Manage cadence of meetings and reviews for the department’s largest initiatives

  • Lead and participate in special projects as assigned by the VP, Global Comms

  • Build and maintain relationships with groups outside the department, including divisions in Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Product, and more.

Required skills

  • Strong project management experience, and exceptional attention to detail

  • Ability to develop productive relationships across organizations

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Solid business acumen, management, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Effective time management, organizational, and leadership skills

  • Knowledge of marketing, sales, and business processes and software

Basic Qualifications

8 years of experience in marketing, operations or finance in the technology or related industry and Bachelor’s degree in marketing, a technical field or equivalent experience or 6 years of experience with advanced degree.

Desired Qualifications

  • Program manager with a strong bias for action

  • Ability to set clear and deliverable goals with demonstrated tenacity, commitment to delivery and accountability for results.

  • Strong ability to influence and work collaboratively with people at all levels and within various functions of organizations.
