The Position:

This role will define the roadmap, strategy, and direction of Pega’s Know Your Customer product. The position calls for a dedicated and experienced candidate to oversee product development throughout the entire process of production. This is a unique opportunity for job seekers looking to work beyond their own team. The successful candidate must act as a liaison with other company departments, and communicate important information about the products and their development strategy to not only professionals but the public, as well.

In this role, you will:

  • Own and drive product backlog in specific Strategic Applications

  • Create clear project requirements and product specifications based on market needs and customer requirements and identify industry trends related to CRM, Industry Applications, Case Management, user experience, collaboration and enterprise application development

  • Present currently available features and product strategy to customers, partners, industry analysts, and other company departments via speaking engagements, webinars, and customer visits

  • Evaluate competitive market offerings and deliver on product differentiation, positioning, and communications

  • Research innovative approaches to solving problems while keeping up to date on technology developments

  • Liaise with the Sales, Service, Support, Partners, Marketing, Product Development and Product Management departments to ensure all steps of the process are successfully completed

The Person:

You will have in-depth knowledge and experience in regulatory compliance in the financial services sector. You will also have experience and expertise in web technology, exposure to Product Management, and a strong understanding of software design. You will have strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced team-based environment and be comfortable managing large scale product development processes.

Qualifications will include:

  • BS degree or equivalent experience

  • Subject matter expert in KYC and Compliance due diligence in the Financial Services industry. Detailed knowledge of country and product specific rules such as Anti Money Laundering (AML) / CTF, FATCA, CRS, FINRA, MiFID II, EMIR, Dodd-Franks and suitability

  • 7 - 10 years of experience in product management, application development, or enterprise systems integration

  • Experience in industry practices as they relate to Industry Applications

  • Strong customer relations, communication, team-based, organizational, and leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
