Ability to advise and coach senior-level accomplished professionals on marketing and communications opportunities and issues.Strong collaborator who builds trust across a wide range of stakeholders.High degrees of intellectual and emotional intelligence.Department:Executive EducationPre-Employment Screening:Identity Job Function:Communications, General AdministrationDuties & Responsibilities:In close collaboration with the Managing Director, Corporate Marketing and Sales, the Senior Director, Participant Marketing and Customer Loyalty leads the team responsible for driving growth in the business-to-consumer segment of Harvard Business School's Executive Education group. As a steward of a leading global brand, the Senior Director will champion HBS's mission and vision through increased participation, engagement and retention of target customers and prospects. As part of this strategy, the Senior Director will: Create and lead teams of experienced professionals to deliver growth in the business-to-consumer segment.
