Job Title: Project Manager, Global Marketing Kevzara

Location: Cambridge, MA

Job Description: The Marketing Project Manager will work closely with the Global Marketing team members to support effective implementation of marketing projects, ensuring project planning and progress tracking against goals. Project Manager will also have direct responsibilities in the coordination of global congresses activities and organization of internal events. The Project Manager will contribute to the development and execution of ad boards, speaker training/program and other KOL engagement activities.

The Marketing Project Manager should be a team player who will anticipate and proactively identify needs of the team and should be able to manage multiple priorities in the fast-paced environment of a launch brand.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support Marketing Project tracking and execution

  • Work cross-functionally to streamline marketing operations processes and assist in the tactical execution Marketing strategy

  • Liaise with Procurement and eBuy team to manage end-to-end procure to pay process (add new vendors, secure internal orders for approved projects, secure POs for vendors, assist vendors in submitting invoices for final timely payment).

  • Regularly update finance tracker to appropriately gate and track commercial projects.

  • Assist in managing various 3rd party vendors (agency of record, med-com, communication, etc)

  • Assist in commercial asset review process in accordance with the internal and alliance SOP

  • Develop success metrics and measurements for marketing initiatives

  • Manage document and asset sharing system to ensure affiliate colleagues have access to global assets

  • Advisory Boards and KOL engagement

  • Ad boards and speaker training/programming are some of the most critical programs to the brand. The PM will be responsible for various aspects of these programs and will work with various internal and external partners.

  • Support KOL mapping activities and organization of the KOL engagement taskforce

  • Assist in contracting process for global advisory boards by collaborating with global team, eBuy partner, legal, and global affiliate gate keepers, including managing individual HCP and vendor contracts

  • Manage mandatory transfer of value reporting for US and Ex-US HCP in compliance with CMS and internal corporate policy

  • Congresses Activities and Global Brand Team meetings

  • Work with cross functional partners to ensure smooth development and execution of congress activities. Congress actives include booth content development, promotion of brand leading up to and during congresses and internal events occurring during the congress.

Qualifications:

  • 4-year college degree preferably in a field of life sciences or business

  • 5 to 10 years pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience with proven track record within the pharmaceutical industry, consultancy or health care system/organization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA Preferred

  • Experience working in an alliance/partnership is preferred

  • Understanding of pharmaceutical marketing and regulatory/compliance environment
