The Program Specialist will support the go-to-market execution and global demand generation programs for Akamai’s Enterprise products. As a member of the Enterprise Marketing team, this individual will work with a cross-functional marketing team to develop and execute programs that fuel sales and drive adoption of Enterprise Security and Network products across industries. This role will have a heavy emphasis on marketing analytics, insights, and digital marketing optimization and requires business, analytics, and marketing fundamentals. The individual will focus on execution and evaluation of digital marketing programs, analysis of buyer personas and target accounts, lead tracking, and performance KPIs across many programs. This individual will assist global marketing programs that are focused on an IT buyer that align towards product and revenue goals. As a Marketing Programs Specialist you will be responsible for:
*Working with Global Campaigns team to assist with program execution in line with go-to-market strategy and support the division’s revenue and customer attainment goals that include existing and new customer accounts.
*Assisting in the development of data driven marketing programs and find creative approaches to segmenting the market, reaching the buyer, and measuring program effectiveness.
*Setting up and generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics and dashboards. Cultivate data and develop meaning insights and assist in digital campaign optimization. ]Contributing to the creation of value maps – a framework for quantification
*Helping manage digital marketing and inbound marketing automation programs to nurture customers and prospects that produce qualified opportunities to the sales organization.
*This role also provides opportunities to collaborate across Regions
Required Education and Experience
Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:
*3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
*2+ years Marketing Experience or related experience managing programs.
*1+ year experience with data analytics and working within spreadsheets and other tools.
*Experience in B2B environment preferably in Internet services/software.
*Excellent research and analytics skills; Ability to identify and distill appropriate data.
*Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
*Strong drive to achieve, learn.
*Ability to work well in ambiguous situations
*Flexibility and Adaptability; Open to new ideas
*Detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple projects
