About This Role:
The Graphics Operations Specialist will partner with our research and publishing departments to help authors create compelling graphics. We’re looking for someone who can empower our Research organization to apply our graphics style to communicate Forrester's ideas. The Graphics Operations Specialist will be part of the research team, working to create research deliverables, including presentations, charts, and information graphics.
Create documentation, communication, and training programs to promote graphics best practices within the Research community.
Contribute to a repository of graphics collateral and best practices.
Coach individuals to work within our brand guidelines and production standards.
Consult with authors on data visualization and storytelling. Help colleagues tell a story visually.
Review and revise graphics created by others and provide feedback to improve the quality of graphics production.
Monitor internal graphics workflow processes and recommend improvements.

Bachelor’s degree, ideally with a graphics design emphasis.
Exceptionally strong project management skills and get-it-done instincts.
Ability to maintain graphics design quality at high production volumes; can track project priorities and keep turnarounds efficient without sacrificing quality.
Minimum two years' experience in a graphic design or production design position within a creative team.
Strong typography and design aesthetic.
Flexibility (while also advocating for brand guideline adherence), enthusiasm, strong relationship-building skills, and a positive attitude.
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience in training peers in graphics creation, Illustrator skills, templates, and style guides.
Experience with data visualization is a plus.
Technology business knowledge is a plus.
Experience working with third-party outsourcers is a plus.
