Department:Program on Corporate GovernancePre-Employment Screening:Education, IdentityJob Function:General Administration Duties & Responsibilities:The Associate Director will work with the Faculty Director of the Program on Corporate Governance, and any other Associate Directors of the Program, on building, developing, and managing the full range of activities of the Program. Under the direction of the Faculty Director, the Associate Director will manage the wide range of the Program’s operations; work with major corporations, law firms, institutional investors, and other capital market players; participate in developing and managing events for the Program, including conferences; manage the administration and personnel of the Program, including fellows, staff, students and research assistants; be responsible for the Programs’ website and other outreach; collaborate with constituent groups and other professionals; be responsible for hiring and supervising fellows, staff, and research assistants; participate in managing the Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance and Financial Regulation, and manage the web development and technical staff of the Program; participate in fundraising activities; liaise with donors and visitors; and take on such other management responsibilities within the Program as they may arise.School/Unit:Harvard Law School EEO Statement:We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, gender identity, sexual orientation or any other characteristic protected by law.
