Job Title: Director, Kevzara® ® US Healthcare Professional Marketing

Job Description:

The Director, Kevzara® US Marketing, reports directly to the Head of US Marketing and will lead the development of US marketing initiatives aimed at Healthcare Professionals. The Director’s primary responsibility is to lead and/or assist with the joint US market development plan with a Commercial partner (Regeneron) for the commercialization of Kevzara® (Kevzara® is a fully human monoclonal antibody to the IL6 approved for the treatment of Moderate to Severe Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA)) The position requires a highly motivated individual who is able to work independently, think strategically, and collaborate transversally in order to accomplish complex deliverables.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with brand team members and key stakeholders to develop insight driven Healthcare Professional strategies for Kevzara®.

  • Lead the development, execution and implementation of US Healthcare Professional initiatives to achieve maximum business objectives: sales, share, and profit.

  • Actively lead market analysis and competitive benchmarking to ensure sufficiency of all marketing programs and tactics

  • Lead evolution and execution of IL6 Awareness campaign

  • Plan and execute HCP specific Advisory boards

  • Manage and deliver projects on time and within budget.

  • Ensure promotional planning is consistent with legal/regulatory compliance.

  • Effectively manage relationships with agencies and other vendors.

  • Participate in relevant scientific congresses and conferences.

  • Willing to travel nationally and internationally

Experience Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree and 7+ years of sales, product/brand management, and strategic marketing, commercial / business development with specific product launch experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry

  • Product experience in Rheumatoid Arthritis or highly competitive specialty therapeutic category

  • Comprehensive understanding of the dynamics driving the US health care environment.

  • Experience working with a collaboration/external partner

  • Ability to interact widely and effectively within the company (i.e., on an interdepartmental, international and interdisciplinary basis).

Note this position requires travel (30 – 40%)
