Sanofi Group Digital Marketing Director, Dupixent in Cambridge, Massachusetts

Summary

Manage the design, development and maintenance of platforms to support HCP and Consumer marketing programs, including:

  • web content management

  • digital/mobile marketing

  • customer relationship management (CRM)

  • social initiatives

  • marketing data management

  • performance reports

Partner closely with marketing, patient services, IT, technology vendors, agencies, and other functions to ensure integrated delivery across all channels.

Responsibilities:

In partnership with marketing and media manager, develop and manage online brand and product campaigns (DSA and Branded, AD and Asthma) to raise brand awareness and encourage engagement.

  • Partner within HCP and Consumer marketing teams to plan and deliver CRM strategies to encourage customer engagement, retention and loyalty.

  • Work closely with all departments to ensure CRM platform and architecture work seamlessly across the organization and capture information at key points in a customer lifecycle:

  • Use learnings from market research, competitive intelligence, CRM metrics and others to recommend strategies to enhance/better the customer experience.

  • Apply the learnings over time to existing and new initiatives

  • Evaluate and implement technology to support business requirements.

  • Develop testing strategies for all aspects of CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the brand.

  • Effectively partner with and manage key suppliers, agencies and vendors.

  • Continually review and analyze digital content, programs and inventory to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Responsible for the planning and budgetary control of all multi-channel marketing programs and suppliers.

  • Utilize KPIs and analytics dashboard to streamline and recommend opportunities for enhancement and optimization of multi-channel marketing programs.

  • Create and maintain content guidelines and standards to meet JRC policies, brand standards and leading practices.

  • Develop and implement technical standards for compliant use of data for marketing

  • Ensure all efforts are done in a compliant and secure manner

  • Review new technologies and keep the Brand at the forefront of developments.

Experience and Required Skills:

Basic Qualifications:

The candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree; and at least 10+ years digital marketing/agency experience or related experience in industry.

  • Proven ability to work in matrix organizations and with Alliance partners.

  • Strong commercial business acumen and ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical groups; digital marketing technology experience

  • Strong collaboration mindset, problem solving abilities

  • Clear communicator, natural change agent, pro-active

  • Experience leading nimble, fast paced technology teams

  • Experience successfully implementing multichannel marketing systems and integrating data from consumer marketing platforms

  • Experience working with Enterprise Architecture teams to support functional needs

  • Hands on leader, willing to roll up their sleeves and move projects and teams quickly towards achieving milestones.
