Teva Pharmaceuticals Business Product Manager Digital Respiratory in Cambridge, Massachusetts
Teva’s Digital Respiratory is a newly created team, within Teva’s Global Specialty Medicines, pioneering the way in the digital health space. We are charged with leading, planning, launching and continuously maintaining and enhancing Teva’s Digital Respiratory eco-system of devices, software and services.
Teva Digital Respiratory will address unmet needs in respiratory market by identifying specific gaps in the care management process, working together with patients, payers & providers to identify, solve issues and better manage the costly patients and those with a desire to self-manage. We will work to deliver long-term care improvements while saving costs through working with providers and payers.
Our team is responsible for defining the digital offering and then working with internal (Patient Tech, R&D, Regulatory, etc.) and external groups to deliver new devices, software and services while defining and developing appropriate and alternate business models.
Specific responsibilities for the (Director) Product Manager Digital Respiratory:
Develop product strategy based on legal/business/regulatory requirements, market trends, medical evidence and technology landscape
Explore, identify and implement alternative product enhancements based on business and revenue models.
Write product requirements, technical specs and roadmaps for the Digital Respiratory eco-system
Collaborate with UI/UX/ID team on user and partner experience.
Working with the marketing team developing business cases to deliver the above with supporting market research and competitive intelligence (CI)
Operate within matrix project teams (Technology, R&D, Regulatory and others) targeted with clearly interpreting and developing new & differentiated products and services to address unmet patient needs.
Liaise with regional Commercial/Marketing across the globe in development of commercialization and launch plans
Proactively provide new ideas and solutions to the Respiratory team as they arise
Support vendor selections/negotiation and work successfully with all vendors/agencies. Manage agency work effectively by ensuring completion of high quality work, adherence to timelines and budgets.
Provide the linkage between Commercial and Technical teams to ensure that solutions meets both the business and technical goals across multiple geographies and can grow in scale to accommodate future needs.
Cultivate and maintain external focus and develop relationships with technology leaders, key institutions and trends in health technology. Including attending key tradeshows, conferences, and symposia
Stay on top of current and future technologies and market developments that can provide Teva with competitive advantage and proactively suggest to the organization ways in which these technologies can be implemented.
Stay current with regulatory and reimbursement development of smart technologies in the US, EU and selected emerging markets.

Education and Experience:
BSc. or higher in relevant technology and/or scientific areas required
Ideal education includes an MBA or other relevant advanced degree in business/marketing area
5+ years of technology product management (Ideal global experience)
Knowledge and experience across multiple technologies and/or business segments
FDA, HIPAA products
Expertise delivering complex projects to meet demanding feature, cost, quality and launch targets
Experience with products that integrate hardware with software from product strategy to launch
Experience shaping strategy in complex regulatory and policy environments.
Proven track record shaping product roadmaps and user experiences through actionable insights and recommendations.
Experience in high-tech, healthcare/med-tech solutions businesses, strong preference for experience with consumer medical devices
Proven track record in developing and implementing business plans working with the full marketing mix and various distribution channels.
Demonstrated knowledge of marketing processes, strategic planning and budgeting
Experience in all aspects of Marketing including market insights, value proposition generation, pricing, communications, channel management and planning
Demonstrated experience in digital marketing , including SEO, web analytics, eCommerce and CRM
Superior strategic, analytic and critical thinking skills
Demonstrated that you can think conceptually from a broad business perspective taking both strategic as well as operational aspects into consideration.
Excellent problem-solving and skills
Ability to combine both technology and commercial conceptual thinking from a broad business perspective into a solid operational plan
Excellent written and communications skills (written, oral, and PPT)
Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
