Sanofi Group Associate Director, Marketing Excellence and Project Planning, US Rare Diseases in Cambridge, Massachusetts

The Associate Director, Commercial Excellence and Product Planning, US Rare Diseases will play a pivotal role in leading strategic initiatives to support the growth of the Genetics business and promote marketing and operational excellence across the brands. This individual is a business partner reporting to the Head of Genetic Diseases and will focus on driving best practices that support the tactical execution of strategies that grow business.

  • Lead the execution of strategic initiatives and tactic as appropriate.

  • Develop success metrics and monitor progress on key initiatives associated with driving disease awareness and diagnosis, transition to therapy, adherence to therapy.

  • Work transversally with relevant stakeholders (Market Access, Medical Affairs, Market Research, etc.) to ensure successful launch preparation for assigned product.

  • Partner with Business Development and cross functional teams in conducting early assessments on business development opportunities.

  • Execute marketing activities in compliance with medical, regulatory , legal and compliance requirements.

  • Collaborate with brand and analytics teams to pull together monthly operational reviews and ad-hoc analysis.

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to coordinate yearly financial submissions, brand plans, etc.

Requirements

  • BS/BA

  • 10 years’ minimum related experience, with past experience specifically in commercial operations, marketing, program management and/or business development in a bio/pharmaceutical environment.

  • Strong ability to clearly articulate and communicate to stakeholders cross functionally and across the organization.

  • Strong organizational and operational skills with attention to details.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate and communicate various data points.
