The Senior Product Manager (SPM) for Services will conceive, develop, package, and price new service offerings for the Healthcare division. This service product manager will work directly with customers and internal service organizations to develop new offerings that will incorporate the use of technology (e.g. LMS, data analytics/visualization, micro-learning) and identify opportunities to digitize services. The Service PM will manage a roadmap of new offerings and develop the offering elements, key processes, core customer messages, value prop, biz model/pricing/margin analysis, and ensure a high quality GTM.
Create and manage service offerings roadmap and requirements
Work directly with customers and service delivery team members on new and improved offerings
Work with customers to baseline and measure outcomes to develop ROI and value prop models
Develop business, pricing, and margin models for existing and new offerings
Develop detailed service delivery processes and quality metrics with the assistance of professional services and ensure a thorough look-around-the-corner approach to service delivery
Constantly identify opportunities for new digital and in-person services
Number of Years of Work Experience: 7-10
B2B product management experience in the software, tech, or healthcare industries
5+ year of healthcare management consulting and/or service business process creation, pricing, and delivery
Ability to articulate and develop value propositions of services
Ability to create, understand, and justify financial business cases: TAM, SAM, SOM and other market-based metrics
Working with the executive leadership model, analyze, and recommend pricing, margins, and forecasts of service offerings
Excellent relationship skills … able to build rapport and trust quickly and easily with domain experts, cross-functional teams, and customers
Hands-on Epic experience – Epic-enabled hospital preferable
Dragon Medical & ASR knowledge
Experience working for a software or healthcare technology company, or healthcare provider organization
Ability to analyze and understand financial performances of a product line
Possesses a customer-centric mindset
Strong, clear-thinking capability to focus on what is most important
Capability to understand at the micro-level and make decisions at the macro-level
Ability to build strong trust-based relationships in a matrix organization and deliver the best solution for the customers
