Development of communication programs to promote Oracle*s products and services.

Integrate advertising into the marketing campaigns, exercising judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques for best practice / creative solution. As a recognized authority and leading contributor maintain regular interface between the division and Corporate. Plan and manage pan-geography corporate and local campaign media plans. Plan, manage and implement corporate and local campaign advertising creative. Manage tier 2 local advertising and arrange sign off with Corporate. Integrate all advertising across the communications mix. Maintain and communicate brand advertising guidelines. Oversee partner advertising. Develop and manage brand communications audit. Measure advertising effectiveness.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years relevant work experience. A proven track record in advertising across line-of-business and/or geography as an account manager, with experience of creative production and media buying.

The Oracle Retail global marketing team is looking for a dynamic marketer to help define and execute demand generation and integrated marketing programs. The successful candidate will work within a cross-functional team and lead integrated, digital demand generation campaigns and targeted account-based marketing programs for specific Oracle Retail solutions, targeting key personas.

The ideal candidate is a digital native, passionate about B2B marketing, marketing technology, is multi-lingual and has 5-8 years of experience supporting global marketing programs that successfully drive marketing KPIs and sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Campaign Planning: Build campaign strategy, content requirements, contact acquisition strategy, and budget allocations that drive results.

  • Define Campaign Targets: Define the target audience and its preferences, needs, and challenges. Identifyand adjustappropriate mix of assets and activities to engage the audience, generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), grow, influence and close pipeline.

  • Regularly assess program effectiveness and make adjustments as needed based on conversion rates, cost-per-lead metrics and lead to opportunity conversion ratios

  • Content and Messaging: Develop content to support online programs, nurtures, webcasts, and Oracle Digital campaigns that map to target audience and buyer s journey stage.

  • Collaborate closely with regional Field Marketing teams to localize marketing programs and advise on account-based marketing strategies.

  • Ideate with and serve as consultant to internal content creators to create valuable assets for demand generation.

  • Provide regular monthly reporting and quarterly business reviews for marketing and sales leadership using internal Oracle systems to pull reports, review raw data, and provide detailed analyses.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing

  • Bachelors in business, marketing or communications.

  • Experience in strategy, planning, and execution of integrated marketing programs (portfolio / campaign examples required)

  • 3 years experience at a B2B SaaS company

  • Experience working with global teams, with an understanding of the marketing and business nuances in other regions worldwide is preferred (specifically EMEA, JAPAC and Latin America). German language desirable, Spanish a plus.

  • Ability to be both tactical and strategic; excellent trouble-shooting skills required

  • Expertise in managing projects across various, regionally distributed teams

  • Experience working with outside creative agencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and influence executive leadership (portfolio/samples of writing required)

  • Self-motivated, confident, energetic and creative team player

  • Strong interpersonal skills and embraces challenges and works proactively; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in multiple time zones

  • Comfortable working in a shared services workflow environment

  • Strong quantitative, analytical, or statistical skills

  • Proficient with modern marketing tools and analytics platforms including CRM, Content Management, Social and Marketing Automation platforms, e.g., Marketing Business Intelligence dashboards, Eloqua Engage, Eloqua Insight, Oracle SRM.

  • Strong proficiency in standard MS tools including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and MS Excel for data analysis (e.g., pivot tables, basic formulas, data visualization).

  • Knowledge of the retail industry or experience at a tech company a plus
