Development of communication programs to promote Oracle*s products and services.
Direct all marketing activities within the context of the overall corporate plan for the achievement of short and long term business objectives, increased profit and market control. Be an active member of the global Marketing team to ensure consistency of marketing campaigns and messages. Disseminate key corporate information to the line-of-business or geography operations pertaining to new product development/launches. Act as a liaison with managing directors to ensure that marketing activities are in support of sales plans. Direct marketing resources and budget to be deployed using the most appropriate marketing mix for the line-of-business or geography. Focus on best practice and continuous improvement in all business and management activities. Ensure consistency between global directions and line-of-business and single-geography implementation choices. Implement and monitor advertising campaigns on a global or geographic basis. Maintain necessary contact with major suppliers, agencies, customers, industry associations and government representatives to achieve marketing objectives. Provide effective performance management: set clear goals for all staff, provide regular feedback on performance and conduct a formal appraisal at the conclusion of the fiscal year. Manage the activities of the staff according to overall marketing strategies and budgets; through motivation and maintaining high level of individual / team performance. Implement organizational changes in line with changing business and market needs.
Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas of sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet business needs. Software business management experience. Sales and Marketing experience in the IT industry. E-business Internet practical know-how. Professional credentials in Marketing, Academic credentials desirable. Past experience in Sales desirable.

This is anexciting opportunity to play an influential role on Oracle s North AmericaMarketing team. The Director, Human Capital Management (HCM) CampaignsMarketing will lead integrated, digital demand generation campaigns and eventsfor specific Oracle solutions, targeting key personas.
Workingclosely with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations,Events, and Partner Marketing, the Strategist will create an integratedmarketing strategy, delivering tactics to drive growth through data-drivenmarketing.
Executive Sales Engagement: Planand communicate integrated marketing plan and activities to senior salesteams. Present to sales leadership andprovide consistent communications on status of plan execution and results.
Content and Messaging: Coordination of messaging and supporting assets that maximize pipeline,revenue and awareness for designated campaign focus area. Content development and execution willsupport assets and activities such as online programs, webcasts, callcampaigns, and events that map to appropriate target audience and customerbuying cycle stage.
Ongoing Marketing Management and Execution: You will leada team of campaign strategists. You will ensure execution and managing tospecific pipeline generation targets for designated campaign. Works with team members to manage leadgeneration/nurturing campaigns by determining the most effective points ofinteraction to target appropriate audience and meet defined metrics. Programs include cross channel activitiesthat engage and nurture customers across the customer buying cycle - fromawareness through pipeline close ensuring the right assets and activities areimplemented to support each phase accordingly. Adjusts within the campaign flowas needed to optimize pipeline contribution.
Lead Management and Reporting: Regular review and analysis of team s MQLs to make sure activities aredriving leads with the most potential and develop and implement action plans toaddress gaps. Refine team plans based onreporting data to continuously align marketing plan with sales metrics.
7-10 years marketing experience with at least 2 yearsin Software/Technology marketing; Campaigns, Field, or channel marketingbackground helpful.
HCM industry experience highly valued
Strong management experience with runningdirect/virtual/cross-functional teams focused on specific goals/outcomes, ableto be effective in a highly matrixed environment
Strong focus on marketing metrics and continuouslearning/improvement
Has run enterprise-class marketing campaigns in thepast, in particular, demand generation and direct marketing with offers such aswebcasts, eBooks, virtual conferences, etc..
Must have solid understanding of market segmentation;strategy, planning and execution of marketing activities, both online andphysical
Excellent digital marketing skills and experience withbuilding digital teams. .
Very strong organizational and written/verbalcommunication skills; must be able to prepare presentations and be comfortablespeaking to groups; must be comfortable dealing with sales/executivemanagement; must be able to massage content to suite specific and targetingprograms, customers, and industries
Must be familiar with or able to quickly learn avariety of business application systems, including but not limited to: CRMTools, Eloqua, etc
Travel Component: *Minimal. *Approx. 10% travel within the United States and Canada may be necessaryto successfully fill this role.
