Join us and discover what you can make of this moment.The Sales Enablement professional will be responsible for providing sales reps with knowledge and skills through various content delivery methods and sales tools. This individual will create training using various document tools and media to continually equip the Watson Health sales reps with timely education and supporting content. This individual will observe, educate, and understand our reps to ensure they have what they need at the point of impact. This sales enablement professional will be responsible for managing and delivering training material with a priority focus on IBM’s Healthcare and Life Sciences sales team to serve as an internal channel partner. Working alongside the broader Healthcare and Life Sciences organization to ensure alignment of enablement strategies and consistency in materials and training. Responsibilities Include:

  • Ability to design and execute innovative training projects that drive new behaviors and ultimately improve IBM content quality

  • Manage and facilitate training events (annual and ad-hoc)

  • Facilitate open channels of communication between Watson Health, GBS and Healthcare and Life Sciences S&D sales organizations

  • Special projects

  • Create innovative ways for sellers to get ongoing education and communication

  • Eagerness to learn new offerings and capabilities

Necessary Expertise includes:

  • Familiarity with sales culture

  • Familiarity with healthcare industry

  • Clinical background

  • Proactive, innovative and self-motivated

  • Strong communications experience

  • Strong PowerPoint skills

  • Innovative thinking

  • Flexibility and agility to work effectively within the dynamic nature of the role
