The Mobile Channel Manager in the Global Treasury Management (GTM) group is responsible for leading the charge to expand mobile access throughout our products and services, as well as the exploration of new mobile solution opportunities. The purpose of this role is to oversee the product management strategy for our Mobile channel. The candidate will be responsible for the entire product life cycle including: market problem discovery, competitive intelligence, strategy formulation, creating product vision, new idea generation, constructing business cases, defining and prioritizing requirements, and execution of go-to-market readiness actions. This role will partner with GTM sales, GTM Product, client services, implementations, operations, marketing and IT to deliver best in-class solutions.


  • Identifying and executing on initiatives to increase awareness and usage of our current mobile solutions.

  • Identifying and developing new mobile solutions to address client needs and/or enhance our mobile channel’s competitive position.

  • Defining the strategy to improve and optimize the mobile channel across GTM products.

  • Being an expert with respect to mobile trends, security, best practices and optimizing our mobile user experience.

  • Partnering with other leaders to strategically integrate and position mobile channel solutions to compliment Web and transmission channels.

  • Explore other channel opportunities, such as direct API.

  • Develop business cases to quantify the financial benefit, prioritize needs and assess ROI to support investment requests.

  • Define evaluation and selection processes for new mobile product enhancements; develop, align, communicate, and maintain the overall GTM mobile product roadmap.

  • Proactively manage stakeholder expectations.

  • Prepare and execute internal/external product promotion to grow awareness and pipeline.

  • Develop and coordinate product positioning with key cross business stakeholders to ensure a seamless market facing approach.



  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 3 years channel management or product management with Mobile channel experience required.

  • Strong understanding and successful execution of product management processes.

  • Proven leadership and business acumen.

  • Proven ability to understand complex business and technical concepts

  • Exhibits leadership qualities and provides direction, guidance and support to the organization.

  • Practical knowledge of technology used to support banking applications.

  • Uses strong analytical skills to solve diverse problems, make decisions and build consensus.

  • Superior verbal and business writing communication skills.

  • Solid thought leadership and ability to influence others through collaborative efforts.

  • An ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with a broad set of constituencies.
