Bank of America SVP, Digital Sales - Merrill Edge in Boston, Massachusetts
The SVP, Digital Sales- Merrill Edge manager will be responsible for recommending a strategic approach for creating an intuitive digital experience that facilitates the consideration, acquisition and conversion of prospective clients as well as the deepening of relationships with existing investing clients in close partnership in a highly matrix oriented organization with Segment Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Strategy, Product, Client Experience, Editorial/Content Development, User Experience/Digital Agency, Publishing, Technology, andLegal/Risk/Complianceteams. He/she will also be responsible for ensuring the adherence to following best practices in content governance in a highly regulated industry.
Additionally, he/she will be responsible for developing and managing budgets for strategic initiatives as well as vendor management for various SAS relationships as well as project-based agency work.
The right candidate will possess a bachelor degree or higher in the field of Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-commerce or similar subject matter.
The right candidate will have a minimum of 10 years work experience within the areas of Digital Marketing and or E-commerce.
Additionally, he/she will possess a unique blend of design sensibility, appreciation for the use of compelling content, and expertise in best practices for digitalmarketing/e-commerce.
He/she will possess strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills with experience in creating and delivering presentations for senior executives.
The right candidate will exhibit strong leadership traits necessary to manage, develop, motivate, and mentor a team of professionals with a broad range of experiences and skills to foster a strong sense of teamwork and commitment to excellence.
He/she will be well versed in the deployment and use of any advanced content management systems ( eg Adobe Experience Manager / Adobe Audience Manager), one-to-one targeting platforms (eg Adobe Target) and advanced analytics platforms (eg Adobe Analytics) or similar platforms in order to unlock actionable insights regarding visitor behavior and to ensure the delivery of the right content at the right time to the right audience.
He/she will be well versed in the use of Microsoft Office products including MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Financial Services Industry (with a strong preference for experience within the space of investing and or self-directed investing).
