Student Architectural Intern | Summer 2017

What You Will Do:

  • Participate in the conceptualization and Visioning of projects to help define strategic goals

  • Collaborate with designers, architects, directors, and managers to plan, design, develop, and ultimately manage the implementation of projects

  • Gain real-world experience working with clients large and small across a spectrum of industries and locations

  • Collaborate with your fellow interns on a student-led project to help improve a local community in need through the power of design

We are looking for outstanding students with the following qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time accredited program. The program is only open to students who will be enrolled in a professional degree program this summer and is not for recent graduates.

  • Completed third year of an Undergraduate program or first year of a Master’s program

  • CAD experience required, strong Revit experience preferred

  • Strong 3-D computer rendering skills (Sketch Up, 3D Max, Rhino 3D, etc.)

  • Strong skills with presentation software such as InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator

Additional Characteristics:

  • Demonstrated leadership in their school and/or community

  • Possess outstanding analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point

  • Have strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

  • Have strong verbal, written and graphic communication skills

  • Are an enthusiastic team player
