The Strategic Alliances Senior Manager will be part of a team responsible for developing Accenture Interactive’s relationships with a portfolio of strategic and emerging alliance partners in Digital Commerce, Marketing Automation/Campaign, Content and Experience Management, Marketing Analytics, Campaign and Personalization.

The Senior Manager will be responsible for building and leading collaborative strategic alliance partnerships that unleashes the potential of alliance partners and Accenture Interactive to provide solutions that create value for the benefit of our clients, our practice and our team members.

Here’s a snapshot of your responsibilities:

Create a formalized incubation program for new and emerging alliance partnerships to better focus on resources and investments

Buildout joint growth plans with emerging and new alliance partners Develop new metrics for measuring individual partnership success Organize and track the progress of each partner against new and established metrics/goals Report results to internal stakeholders including Practice/Offerings and Go-to-Market/Sales and Executive Leadership Organize and facilitate in-field sales joint account planning & mapping to drive digital services growth Support the pre-sales activities related to go-to-market campaigns Participate and help coordinate key resources on shared partner pursuits Develop and manage business plans with alliance partners and Accenture Interactive stakeholders and drive incremental business and partner accountability Joint Pipeline Management: Conduct regular reviews of joint account opportunities to qualify and prioritize the pipeline Run weekly, bi-weekly and monthly calls/meetings with partner organizations to drive pipeline and other key alliance initiatives Participate in planning and attendance of key field marketing/technology partner events Strategy and Formation - select, structure and negotiate new relationships and/or new initiatives within existing relationships Investment Management - attract and direct Accenture and vendor marketing development funds (MDF) for the benefit of Accenture offerings and practice area Manage a support team to scale alliance model over time

Qualifications: Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required 5 years alliance program management experience, supporting and measuring field sales and marketing impact across multiple strategic partnerships where partner co-selling was a key metric for success Successful track record navigating and developing collaborative partnerships within a highly matrixed organization and alliance team Preferred Qualifications

4 years’ experience managing relationships across a varied portfolio of technology partners within the digital space 3 years’ experience developing successful end-to-end Alliance Management Programs across varying solution types, measuring investment and defining success Experience co-developing joint solutions with technology and/or service partners Proven track record of success working within a large dynamic organization, across multiple stakeholders Excellent understanding of software industry sales process, reporting and management structures Experience working with Marketing and commerce technology platform companies such as Sprinklr, Acquia, Open Text and Sitecore Demonstrates strong analytical skills specific to developing, tracking and measuring alliance partner KPIs and being able to make strategic recommendations based on partner scoring systems Candidate should be entrepreneurially minded and innovative proposing new ways to partner and bring joint solutions to market Job: Management Consulting
