Our team in Boston is currently looking for aSocial Media Community Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

  • Adapt and execute the global social media strategy to the US market for Cybex and gb in collaboration with our Global Social Media team

  • Manage the creation of the US social content calendar for our brands brands and publish daily posts on all social media channels

  • Think creatively to develop and execute social media campaign concepts for product launches and drive existing product awareness

  • Monitor all social activities and respond to all customer queries

  • Analyze results of social media advertising and social campaigns to determine productivity and effectiveness of content deployed, report and recommend on results

  • Collaborate with agencies to assist with the creation and execute Facebook Ad strategies

  • Work closely with our customer service and design teams to create content which perfectly fits the wishes and needs of our customers and brands

  • Work closely with our PR team to develop and maintain a social influencer network and communicate actively with bloggers and social influencers

  • Assist with event organization, including post planning, live event coverage, organizing blogger attendance and more to position our brand in the market

Job Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or other related field

  • 2-4 years’ experience in Social Media community management as well as communication with consumers and influencers

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and creating social campaigns that engage, inform and motivate consumers

  • Understanding of the US consumer purchase behavior and how they can be influenced socially

  • Knowledge of the latest social media channels and trends and be comfortable with developing live content within brand requirements

  • Ability to think analytically and process data effectively

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, copywriting skills a plus

  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Socialbakers)

  • Interest in Fashion, Lifestyle, Design and Technical products and industries a plus

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting

  • Willingness to travel for events, tradeshows etc. (no more than 10% travel)
