This position will support the Group Product Manager Unsecured with responsibility for the development and ongoing management of a subset of unsecured products offered by the Consumer Bank, with the goal of driving origination volume, spread, and revenue growth. Assist in overseeing the execution of strategic organizational goals and market needs to meet product profit and growth targets. Lead cross-functional teams and assist with project management, monitoring and coordination of projects. Oversee the evaluation of market trends, product development, product positioning and pricing philosophy. Recommend enhancements to product line to stimulate sales and meet objectives. Ensure products meet State and Federal regulatory requirements. Collaborate with compliance and legal to review all supporting collateral materials and documentation. Looking for a candidate with experience in consumer lending product management, pricing, profitability practices, or Treasury related aspects of the line of business.


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Eight to ten years of experience as a Product Manager

  • Four or more years of management experience

  • Strong product management, design and development skills

  • Thorough knowledge of product/program development, pricing, implementation and strategic analysis
