Chewy Senior Manager, Mobile App Marketing in Boston, Massachusetts

Chewy is seeking a highly motivated, goal oriented, and analytical Senior Manager of Mobile App Marketing to join our exciting and fast paced company in either our Dania Beach, FL or Boston, MA offices. As Sr. Manager Mobile App Marketing, you will be focused on acquiring new customers for Chewy’s mobile shopping app, through various marketing channels, such as Facebook, Google, Mobile Display, and Mobile Video Advertising. In this role, you will own the mobile app acquisition marketing strategy end-to-end. You will determine the channel, targeting, and optimization strategies and you will work directly with our product and engineering teams to ensure the right tracking and analytics are in place. You move fast, are able to quickly run and analyze experiments, and make decisions that result into growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Define channel, targeting, creative, and optimization strategies to maximize growth of customer acquisition to Chewy’s mobile app.

  • Define, track, and communicate performance vs. KPI’s for all managed channels.

  • Continuously run advertising experiments in order to find new acquisition channels and optimize existing ones.

  • Develop new insights and process improvements for customer acquisition management, analysis, and reporting.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ad network relationships.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor\u0026#39;s degree or higher in Marketing, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

  • 5+ of experience in digital marketing, of which 3+ years of experience in mobile app marketing.

  • Extensive knowledge of analytics/reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) and Excel, analyzing large datasets to gain insights and ability to drive business decisions.

  • Extensive experience with A/B and multivariate testing.

  • Expert knowledge of implementing mobile app ROI tracking and optimization.

  • Able to effectively work together with marketers, product managers and engineers alike.

  • Candidate must be organized, driven, and exhibit critical thinking skills.

  • Candidate must have an entrepreneurial and self-starting mentality and be able to deal with ambiguity.

Bonus:

  • Experience in working with digital marketing channels in an ecommerce environment.

  • Knowledge of SQL.

  • Knowledge of / experience with multi-channel and cross-channel attribution.
