The National Strategy Leader works with Regional Presidents and Market Leaders to deploy and execute key strategies throughout The Private Client Reserve (PCR) including How We Manage Money (HWMM), Goals Based Planning (GBP), and other initiatives designed to drive new client acquisition and sales, and reduce client attrition. Responsible for influencing the goals based planning activities of Wealth Management Advisors (WMA’s), Wealth Planners (WP’s), Portfolio Managers (PM’s) and Dedicated Financial Advisors (FA’s) throughout PCR. The PCR Strategy Leader also serves as a liaison between Wealth Management Operations & Product, Asset Management Group (AMG) and PCR and helps to develop strategy, training and client engagement standards for national use. This position will report into the President of PCR.
A national leadership role with both employee and prospect/client engagement responsibilities.
Aid in setting national strategy across PCR. Serving as focal point for practice expression (wealth planning, risk solutions, investments, banking and trust) through our client experience framework.
Communicate, foster and teach centralized common language related to HWMM, Our Story and the GBWM vision and strategy. Underscore clarity around roles and responsibilities in concert with The Reserve Experience (TRE).
Lead integration of sales practices, pipeline development and activity.
Dedicated to working with Market Leaders and WMA leads to drive practice mastery.
Liaison with AMG, product, training/development, marketing segment and operations teams.
Integrate goals based planning concepts with marketing, business development and client communication strategies to help drive new client acquisition, expand existing relationships and enable strong client retention and satisfaction. Fully synchronized with The Reserve Experience (TRE).
Lead work flow integration of Embedded PCR FA’s and regional risk/insurance specialists.
Supervise & review work of Wealth Planners including various work groups.
Preside over and present at national conferences, client events and U.S. Bank venues.
Engage with other U.S. Bank business lines and COI’s and champion PCR.
Proven senior financial services leadership experience
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, drive existing processes with new initiatives and collaborate across multi-function groups
Investment and sales management experience
Experienced in planning skills
Insurance licensed (life & health) preferred
FINRA licenses 7, 24, 63 (required)
Strong communication & presentation skills, presence, poise
Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, business administration or applicable alternative required
Graduate degree preferred
