The Partner Enablement Team at GE Digital delivers best-in-class enablement to drive excellence and rapid, consistent, and scalable growth for all of our partners. Our ecosystem of experts implements projects that mitigate risk and drive unparalleled innovation & value for our customers. Our channel partners are experts in all things Industrial IoT and GE Digital, and accelerate revenue and adoption of GED solutions.

Essential Responsibilities:

The Partner Enablement Program Manager will help drive massive scale in the partner ecosystem through strategic Partner Enablement training delivery and structured, self-paced learning journeys. This role will enable 100’s of thousands of partners globally, accelerating competency across the GE Digital product portfolio and industries.

We are looking for a motivated Partner Enablement Program Manager who possesses a unique balance of curriculum experience, marketing know-how, business knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills with experience working across multiple instructional delivery modalities to create high-quality learning experiences that support our growing learning community.

In this global role, you will partner with several GE DIGITAL teams to craft learning journeys to educate the GE Digital global ecosystem and channels partners and have the opportunity to help shape and execute a strategy for new educational content, services, and features. The partner enablement learning journeys are a combination of playbooks, videos, online courses, whitepapers, data sheets, demos, classroom training, and certifications that provide a holistic and comprehensive learning experience for the global partner ecosystem and channels.

This role will also drive elements of the global training delivery strategy like in-person training, bootcamps, partner day events, workshops, and activations to support partner training and certification attainment.

The role requires an individual who is knowledgeable in adult learning and instructional design strategies for performance-based outcomes, can innovate, move quickly, and not be constrained by how things have been done before.

This position reports to the Senior Director, Global Partner Enablement and works across GE Digital with associated teams to create, manage, coordinate and deliver training and events (globally) to our partners. This will include select duties as instructional designer, curriculum developer, project manager, event coordinator, and content developer. Successful candidates must work cross-functionally with Product Management & Marketing, Education, Sales Enablement, Industry, and Services teams in the delivery of certification and training programs.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage the learning journey roadmap, co-design (with SMEs) learning journeys, modules & units, and convert training material (PPTs, Brainshark training, Playbooks, Whitepapers, How-to’s) to a standard format that incorporates all content types for all Industries, Sales, and Products across GE Digital

  • Lead learning journey development projects through the design lifecycle from scoping, research and analysis, design, development, and launch; providing clear timelines through all phases, communicating with key partners, and selecting appropriate measurement for successful implementation

  • Facilitate the design, construction, and conversion of learning content into structured, self-paced Learning Journeys as part of a rapidly scalable, searchable, trackable, intuitive, and compelling learning and enablement experience

  • Curate and design learning journeys that align with the needs of our partner ecosystem & channels and guide them through their education in GE Digital products and the Industrial IoT.

  • Manage global schedule and delivery partners (GED + 3rd Party Instructors) as needed for Standard Training, Partner Activations, Custom Workshops, Standard Sales, SA Discovery Workshops, Delivery Scoping Workshops, Hackathons, Global Dojos, and Partner Enablement Partner Day events Qualifications/Requirements: Basic Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree from an accredited university

  • 3 years’ experience in a training and/or certification organization with a working knowledge of curriculum development, training, and certification processes

  • 1 years’ experience coordinating certification and training operations

  • 3 years’ experience with CRM, LMS and CMS

  • 2 years marketing / events experienceEligibility Requirements:

  • Coordinate and deliver partner enablement training events (Partner Days and Demo Days) to drive engagement, strategic knowledge transfer, and onboarding of our partners

  • Drive the consistent development, deployment, and continual improvement processes for engaging, comprehensive, and intuitive learning journeys that are easily accessible and drive success and expertise for the global ecosystem

  • Be the voice of the learner, ensuring that their needs are at the forefront of our content efforts and help our team iterate and improve on our learning journeys and overall enablement

  • Direct and guide learning design for internal and/or external subject matter experts enlisted to produce and publish learning journey content Desired Characteristics:

  • History of developing and deploying training in multiple formats (eg. Print media, electronic documents, web pages, audio or podcast, multimedia presentations and training modules, distance learning components and deliverables).

  • Demonstrated high standard for clear, concise communication (written and verbal)

  • Strong understanding of training technology and adult learning concepts

  • Classroom (physical and virtual) instructional skills are a strength

  • Superior verbal & written communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to take strategy and turn it into “learnable’ modules.

  • Strong knowledge of the following core development tools: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, CSS and HTML, screen-casting software (Camtasia, etc.), e-learning software (Lectora, Articulate, Captivate, etc.).

  • Strong understanding and practical skills with of IS/IT systems (eg. Server & client OS, Databases & client tools, queries, web technologies)

  • Comfortable in a demanding, IT-intensive environment.

  • Existing portfolio of training content created and/or delivered

  • Experience serving global markets
