Job Description: In this role, you will work closely with corporate and recruitment stakeholders, and other colleagues from our marketing and communications community, to lead the day-to-day development and implementation of integrated marketing and communications supporting our corporate citizenship and alumni initiatives.

You will be accountable for the delivery of all components of the marketing mix, including research and analysis, creative and message development, advertising, digital, social, and events and measurement.

To succeed in this role, you will need first-class communication, digital marketing, acquisition marketing and stakeholder engagement skills, a proven track record in corporate and/or recruitment marketing (or related B2C marketing experience), and a deep understanding of marketing to diverse audiences.

You will be required to r emain abreast of changes in marketing and technology to inform strategies that reach internal and external audiences.

Your focus will be on driving awareness of Accenture’s commitment to corporate citizenship and as an employer of choice, increasing engagement with employees, candidates and their influencers, alumni, clients and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing a full spectrum of integrated marketing and communications activities and in their successful implementation across a variety of channels and vehicles, including internal, external, digital, social, etc. Create and maintain publication schedules and editorial calendars for delivery of relevant and timely content Assist in writing and editing copy for a variety of digital communications including website, newsletter and e-mail Interpret long-form content and translate into pithy social posts and online web copy that inspires and motivates our target audiences Analyze data from marketing programs, determine insights and develop recommendations to optimize on an ongoing basis Maintain brand consistency (message and visual) across channels of communications Collaborate with a large team of marketing and communications colleagues and partner with program team members to help achieve shared goals and objectives Implement marketing and communications efforts adhering to agreed timelines and manage expectations with various stakeholders Establish and sustain relationships with external vendors/partners to support the current and future goals of the organization Qualifications: Basic qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism or related field (specialization in online/digital marketing a plus); advanced degree preferred Minimum 10 years of overall marketing experience, including corporate and/or recruitment marketing Preferred Qualifications:

Proven marketing and communications planning, project management and execution skills Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, collaboration technology and website content management tools Professional services or B2B marketing experience a plus Agency or graphic design experience a plus Deep understanding of and ability to apply integrated marketing concepts, visual identity, brand strategy and positioning, and message development skills Extensive experience leveraging digital and social channels to reach a desired audience Global perspective and understanding of business marketplace Strong project management, organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills Professional Skills:
