Fidelity Investments Marketing Director, Client Experience in Boston, Massachusetts

This critical position is responsible for mapping and improving the prospect and client experience for the Wealthscape brand, which encompasses all Fidelity Clearing & Custody Solutions’ (FCCS) technology and product. In FCCS we help our institutional clients thrive by growing their businesses, more effectively meeting customer needs, and enhancing operational efficiency and profitability.

TheExpertiseWe’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred

  • 8 years successfully developing and executing marketing projects with large cross-functional teams

ThePurposeof Your Role

As FCCS has shifted from a commodity offering to a higher-value provider, communicating the full value of our solutions has become challenging. In the recent past, FCCS went to market with different messages around Technology vs. Platform vs. Product vs. TAP (a multi-year technology initiative). We are shifting to align all our products and technology under one simple to understand system, branded with Wealthscape. This new role will work closely with the Lead of Technology & Product Marketing to refresh the full customer journey, from being a prospect to becoming a client, and then to deepening client engagement.

  • Track record of creating and deploying multi-channel marketing plans

You will be responsible for creating a plan that spans multiple channels and will synthesize work from across the entire Technology & Product Marketing Team. Specific areas:

  • Tech & Product customer journey map

  • Wealthscape experience at events, in conjunction with tech & product SMEs

  • Wealthscape web presence

  • Leading the full team in Wealthscape client communications planning & execution, including the Tech & Product Newsletter

  • Tech & Product thought leadership vision

This is an opportunity to have a substantial impact on a strategic initiative that has visibility at the highest levels of the organization. Your mission will be to successfully transform the client experience for FCCS technology and product. You will be impacting the client perception of a new technology brand, and driving revenue by working closely with cross-functional colleagues and key stakeholders. You will optimize the team’s efforts by working with measurement specialists to ensure continual improvement. This will involve using creativity and innovative thinking in combination with sound judgment and critical thinking skills.
