The Marketing Communications Coordinator is responsible for:
Supporting the overall operations of the department, as well as managing a portfolio of ongoing projects.
Overall operations support, including actively managing Trust-wide archives related to photos, videos and patient consents, filling Trust-wide photo and video requests; assisting during photo and video shoots and providing editorial support (re/consenting, fact-checking, proofing) for key Trust publications.
The portfolio of ongoing projects, including providing support (project management, writing, design oversight) for cause-marketing, corporate sponsorships and event collateral, and taking on special projects as assigned.
To qualify, you must have:
A Bachelor's degree and four to six years of experience.
The knowledge of computer literacy and facility; knowledge of Raiser’s Edge donor database and Access program desirable.
Excellent planning and organizational skills; the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks is essential.
Experience working with trustees and other top-level volunteers, desirable.
The ability to work under pressure and to meet multiple deadlines.
The ability to work as part of a team.
This is a five-day per week position; however, attendance at evening and weekend events is expected.
