The Boston office is looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional design skills, be able to market and maintain client relationships, be service oriented and willing to foster a respectful, creative and inspiring team based work environment.
What You Will Do
Lead interior design assignments that include Workplace Interiors, conceptual through project completion
Continually improve the quality of our work, the manner in which we deliver it and the process we employ to attain it
Build, nurture and foster new client relationships.
Work closely with Design Directors across the firm to promote an inter-disciplinary design approach and philosophy and facilitate its advancement across the firm
Be an integral part in the growth and success of the workplace Practice Area
7+ years minimum of relevant design experience in workplace interiors
Bachelors’ Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership, communication and relationship-management skills
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and 3-d visualization tools
Certification or state licensed is a plus
Proficient in Creative Adobe Suite applications
