Job Description

Reporting to the Business Head, this individual will be responsible for leading client relationships for both Cash and Collateral Providers as well as prospective Collateral Transformation clients.

Position requires regular pro-active communication with each Sector and Relationship Mgmt Team within the Bank to raise awareness of STT's capabilities related to FICC's recently expanded Sponsored Member Program. Candidate will be responsible for evaluating rate and capacity decisions in the context of clients' overall Return on Capital and franchise value. Additionally, candidate will contribute to both internal and FICC's product development efforts.

Strong presentation skills are critical as candidate will represent STT in positioning our range of secured funding and cash collateral options to clients' boards and their senior mgmt. Important that candidate have comprehensive understanding of Banks’ regulatory and capital challenges, the short term collateral reinvestment environment, and the workings of a CCP. Candidate will be expected to articulate for clients the rationale related to STT's pricing and capacity decisions for secured funding products.

Expectation that candidate will be a leader in industry forums and contribute in adding both new collateral and cash providers to the platform

Qualifications

Experience leading institutional Sales & Relationship Mgmt Teams required. A CFA or MBA is preferred
