Products Enablement Manager is responsible for developing and executing a Partner
Enablement Strategy plan with CGBU Alliances to maximize partner-led business
for the Oracle Communications (ACME) Enterprise and Network Infrastructure
portfolio. The program covers training development and delivery on key network
products and solutions for internal Oracle and Partner Sales, Pre-Sales and
Consulting/Implementation staff to enable selling and customer project
Subject Matter Expert with deeptechnical proficiency in Oracle Communications Enterprise and NetworkInfrastructure products and solutions
Consultativeapproach to Enablement - partner with Alliances and Channels teams todevelop, deliver and scale Partner onboarding and enablement programs thatresonate with partners
Recommend,design, develop, and deliver enablement and training content includingonline learning, virtual and in-person instructor-led training, andimplementation bootcamps and hands-on lab training
EnablePartners to develop highly-skilled, accredited partner individuals todeploy network infrastructure solutions by region, sub-region
Developknowledge assessments and certification exams to measure partner skillsand develop programs
Drivekey partners to become Specialized partners, skilled and competitive toimplement the latest product versions and solutions
Assesseffectiveness of enablement; constantly refine and evolve program
Serveas Subject Matter Expert and provide Pre-Sales guidance to Channel teamand select key partners; support occasional, qualified partner engagements
Buildrelationships and engage internal teams to augment Enablement and on-boardingin line with business and revenue goals
5 yearsexperience scoping, developing and implementing effective sales and/orpartner enablement solutions, including content for business and technicalaudiences in the Enterprise and Communications industry
Deep productexpertise in Oracle Communications enterprise and network infrastructureproducts and solutions, including session border control, communicationsbroker, operations monitor, core session manager, and mobile securitygateway products
Pro-active,results-oriented and able to collaborate effectively and influence at alllevels of an organization, with the ability to problem solve to achievegoals
Excellentwritten and verbal communications skills
Bachelor'sdegree in information systems, engineering or related discipline
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.
As a member of the product development division, you will specify, design and implement major changes to existing software architecture. Define project needs. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to ensure consistency, testability and portability across products in general.
Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 8 or more years of software engineering or related experience.
