Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Accountable for the International annual financial plan and associated deliverables, including coordination across country and domestic segment partners.

Engage with business partners to support overall strategic plan, including internal cost benefit analysis of investments (where appropriate).

Accountable for International forecasting (annual, rolling, and multiyear), including advanced understanding of competitor, market and industry landscape and impact on International outlook.

Assist with continued partnership and coordination with domestic segment counterparts, including connectivity of planning and forecasting processes, tools and reporting needs.

Partner with International Strategic Development to monitor the competitive landscape to identify potential business opportunities.

Lead financial modeling to support potential M&A opportunities.

Lead the development and maintenance of financial models for International business and strategic forecasting/planning.

Synthesize and present exhibits, results, observations and recommendations to cross functional peers and management.

Identify, use and train others on appropriate tools to obtain, compile and analyze complex data necessary to support advanced financial reports and analysis. Provide input on potential tool utilization enhancements (namely TM1).

Provide project support for other strategic initiatives, as required.

Job Summary:

The Director, Financial Specialist will be a key member of the International Finance team. Reporting to the 2VP of International FP&A under general direction, the incumbent will work closely with core International businesses, the International Strategic Development team, and domestic finance counterparts to drive alignment of strategy, initiatives, and the financial plan for International. Main responsibilities will include leading the design, preparation, and execution of the financial plan and supporting the Strategic Development team in the evaluation and financial modeling of potential acquisition opportunities.

Education, Work Experience & Knowledge:

Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting preferred. Typically 6+ years related experience. Thorough knowledge of Financial Analysis concepts, principles, processes and applications. Thorough Knowledge: Possesses advanced knowledge of subject matter in order to solve unusual as well as common work problems.
