Creative Director

We are looking for a / Creative Director / with exceptional conceptual and design skills to join our team . This high profile role is responsible for creating leading-edge integrated marketing campaigns for digital, video and some print. Innovation is key, along with the ability to make things, from initial sketches and stroyboards through to pixel perfect executions and concept decks that sell the idea. S/he will be well-versed in the latest design trends and digital experiences across a variety of media and will create on-brand/on-strategy creative campaigns. This is an opportunity to do great work and contribute to a wide range of ideas and executions within a collaborative team atmosphere. You should be organized, deadline-oriented and able to multi-task. The right mix of talent and personality, along with a solutions oriented approach is the key for success in this role.

The Expertise We’re Looking For

  • Must provide url/portfolio

  • BFA in Graphic Design or Advertising

  • 10 years of design experience

  • Expertise in video, motion graphics and digital. Some experience with interactive video and new technologies.

  • Experience with UX and UI design (ability to wireframe solutions)

  • Fluent in responsive design and mobile best practices

The Skills You Bring

  • 10 years of experience on integrated brand and creative campaigns as well as designing across multiple digital environments including email, web, mobile, digital video and OLA.

  • Proficient to expert in: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and general web design principles and technology.

  • Ability to create big ideas and hold a strong design vision while remaining collaborative and open to new ideas.

  • Drive visual storytelling approaches that bring the brand to life.

  • Demonstrate strategic and interactive thinking and thoughtful approaches to content and user engagement.

  • Propose relevant user experience ideas and create intuitive, engaging user interfaces. Propose site architecture; execute light wireframes and user flows.

  • Create responsive design solutions and mobile layouts.

  • Partner with developers to bring creative to life, articulate detailed spec requirements and provide creative review.

  • Create and storyboard innovative video ideas and oversee through final output including video shoots and animation.

  • Strong communication skills (oral and written), especially translating strategic and business goals into visual deliverables.

  • Ability to sell ideas, gain buy in and respond to feedback in meaningful ways.

  • Proficient at managing and delivering against several initiatives simultaneously, within deadlines.
