Job Title – Creative Director
Reports to: VP, Brand Marketing
Develops creative concepts and provides overall direction to creative team, which may include art directors, copywriters, photographers, graphic designers and social media. Translates marketing objectives into clear creative strategies. Champions brand strategies and leads execution of brand creative deliverables. Ensures that the creative concepts support core brand strategies and business goals, and provides final stage of approval on creative assets. Mentors and inspires team to deliver outstanding work.

Develop, produce and execute multi campaign advertising materials across all brands of the Goodbaby International
Navigate a complex corporate landscape while remaining passionate about the creative vision, balancing what’s best for region and corporate.
Collaborate with functional leads and the creative team to develop the most effective, consistent overall brand communication.
Recruit, mentor and retain creative talent.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or Creative Discipline
Require a minimum of 7-10 experience at a client-side creative group, directing a broad range of work from Print to Digital or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Retail and B2B Marketing experience preferred.
Proven leadership of a creative team, driving innovation and brand differentiation while meeting budget and deadline expectations. Extraordinary conceptual skills. A positive, inspirational leadership style that brings teams and departments together. An energetic, flexible and approachable work-style.
Hands-on experience strategically developing creative solutions and campaigns across social media, print, digital, retail, tradeshows/events, corporate identity and more.
Expert knowledge of creative processes and all digital creative software tools. Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate a compelling vision and strategy.
The ability to foster a strong agency culture with your colleagues, creating an environment of respect and trust.
