Position Summary

The Digital Media Coordinator will work closely within the Shopper Digital Group supporting the Specialists with the day-to-day management of search, Facebook, and programmatic media campaigns; delivering strong business results for clients within the Consumer Packaged Goods and Retail industries. This person must be a multi-tasker, a quick learner, who is very proficient with Excel and be able to work productively with minimal supervision.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the set-up and execution for all search, Facebook and programmatic campaigns; including copy writing, ad trafficking and targeting criteria selection to name a few. These tasks require heavy excel work, and require strong proficiency.

  • Track and report on campaign results and taking an active part in reoccurring internal status meetings.

  • Responsible for the creation of bi-weekly and monthly program reports.

  • This position does not have guidance or mentoring responsibilities for indirect reports

Travel and/or Driving Requirements

Minimum Qualifications The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job

Education Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree o r equivalent experience

Field of Study/Area of Experience: Marketing -Digital Media

0-2 years of experience in related digital media experience across display, mobile, social, programmatic, PPC and direct response media is required (traditional media experience is a plus).1+ years of combined search experience, preferably in an Agency environment – preferred but not required.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • Expresses oneself (in writing and verbally) clearly, concisely, and thoroughly

  • Demonstrated interest in keeping up with emerging technologies and the digital marketing

  • Experience with the following platforms preferred but not mandatory: AdWords, Facebook UI, TURN

  • Knowledge of pixel implementation and ability to QA ad tracking tags in website source code

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and MS Office
