Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, Global Revenue and Margin Management, the Manager of Finance, Global Revenue and Margin Management will partner with peers in the Finance and Planning organization across Converse’s Innovation, Design, Product & Merchandise (IDPM) teams while acting as a trusted advisor to Senior Leadership within both Finance and the IDPM organization.

As the Manager of Finance, Global Revenue and Margin Management , your key responsibilities will include:
Ability to be a strategic thought partner –developing guardrails to drive profitability while fostering an entrepreneurialenvironment as it relates to product roadmap and global product initiatives
Providing leadership to a team of 3-4;Includes goal setting, career development, coaching, resource optimization,recruiting/hiring, and training.
Developing standardized andrecurring financial reporting on key product platforms
Partnering with business leaders tobuild/elevate global margin planning process with clear visibility arounddemand, price and costs for key platforms
Driving cross functional alignmentand collaboration – provide visibility and communication with IDPM teams (alongwith Finance, demand planning, costing) on KPIs and financial targets
Spearheading cross-product analyticsfor IDPM teams and develop new tools/process for Revenue/Margin teams toelevate analytics and improve efficiencies
Leading the performance managementprocess through forecasting, risks and ops analysis as well as developing actionplans to meet growth objectives
Performing ad hoc scenario analysisto optimize performance in alignment of strategic priorities
Ensuring leadership teams areeducated on use, interpretation, and implications of financial reports andmetrics
Advanced degree (MBA, CMA, CPA) required with a minimum of 5-7 years directly relevant work experience
Proven leadership skills and management experience
Experience owning the accountability for performance and results of multiple business units
A strong attention to process and detail with the ability to think holistically and strategically about a business
Excellent oral/written communication skills
Knowledge and use of SAP and Business Objects strongly preferred
Experience working for a Fortune 500/multinational consumer products company is a plus
