Description

The Digital Operation Manager is crucial part of the Integrated Marketplace Management Team. The manager’s responsibilities are primarily focused on elevating and protecting the Converse brand in the digital marketplace.

You will work to protect the Converse brand across the digital marketplace by driving the MAP (Minimum Advertised Price), trademark protection and unauthorized distribution programs. You will work closely with the commercial and legal team to ensure our ecommerce standards are met.

You will also work to elevate the Converse in the digital marketplace by ensuring best in class assets are available to our wholesale.com partners. You will work cross functionally with our marketing and global sales functions to ensure industry-leading marketing assets, product copy and imagery are available to our wholesale.com partners in a timely manner.

Finally, you will drive our wholesale.com sales intelligence efforts by capturing and reporting on overall digital marketplace trends and report on key metrics for our major wholesale accounts.

Qualifications

Qualification include:

Bachelor’s Degree +5 yrs experience

Knowledge and passion for ecommerce

Experience managing MAP and trademark programs for consumer products company

Passion for brand protection work

Ability to work cross functionally and influence senior and junior team members

Expert command of Excel

Working knowledge of Powerpoint
