Design, drive, and implement enrollment management strategy and custom program marketing for the Executive Leadership Center (ELC). Reporting directly to the Associate Dean for Executive Education. Build, maintain, and populate a robust portfolio of open enrollment programs and certificates aimed at global business executives, including launch, execution, enrollment, and ongoing management. Works closely with the Business Development Executive and the Associate Dean to develop and execute a strategic plan targeting corporations and organizations worldwide, in order to increase awareness, attract interest, and generate prospects for custom executive education programs, including developing custom program proposal elements and support materials as needed. Works closely with Questrom Marketing & Communications (MarCom) on marketing strategy and implementation with a key emphasis on lead generation. Directly manages the part-time Marketing Specialist, serves on the Associate Dean's leadership team, and has significant responsibilities and autonomy working in a team-based, results-driven environment.

Required Skills

BA/BS in an appropriate field with five years experience in higher education or professional development programs. Experience with executive education and/or masters degree is a plus. Desirable experience includes: Knowledge of executive education or professional development landscape. Understanding of audiences, competition, and differentiation. Demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive enrollment plans. Successful track record meeting income and revenue targets. Agility with data and results-driven endeavors. Launching and managing products/programs. Hands-on experience with CRM tools (especially Salesforce), email automation software, SEO/SEM, and social media. Distilling theoretical or academic information into consumer- friendly marketing. Experience collaborating with marketing teams. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills. Comfort level interacting with and presenting to senior management, faculty, and external stakeholders. Highly organized self-starter who takes ownership and requires little guidance. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Positive can-do attitude, flexibility, initiative, and ability to thrive as member of team. Willingness to accept constructive criticism and direction.
