POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We seek an experienced marketing professional to develop and manage campaign plans to drive lead generation & build brand awareness across the US. Marketing campaigns will be multi-touch, multi-channel and include lead generation, demand creation, brand awareness and product launches.

The ideal candidate is a versatile marketer with well-developed project management skills who can thrive in a growth business environment across a diverse set of markets.

As a member of the business Leadership Team, the Marketing Manager will provide key input and contributions to the development and execution of the US business plan and strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and manage well defined campaigns that are aligned with and support the business priorities and strategy.

  • Collaborate with and leverage divisional marketing resources on content creation and campaign plan elements.

  • Engage sales and product marketing leaders for content input, campaign targeting input, and general market trends/feedback.

  • Lead and manage a team of support resources, telesales and telemarketing professionals.

  • Analyze campaign results for optimization and decision-making. Have the ability to manage large quantities of data & develop concise, insightful reports.

  • Advance the marketing capabilities of the organization on an ongoing basis by remaining current with emerging marketing tools, trends and techniques.

  • Expand an existing, high quality CRM database. Optimize CRM data quality in collaboration with other US business units.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Clear, demonstrated success in marketing management in an industrial marketing environment.

  • Multi-tasker with the ability to manage multiple campaigns & initiatives in parallel.

  • Innovative, creative thinker with the motivation to pilot new ideas while maintaining progress on core activities.

  • Can effectively lead, develop and manage a small marketing support team.

  • Experience with managing a telemarketing team, including campaign and script development.

  • Advanced knowledge of SAP CRM

  • Advanced knowledge of email system tools. SalesForce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget experience a plus. Experience with marketing automation a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sciences or Engineering; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Experience with Pharmaceutical, Chemical or Semiconductor industries is a plus.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

  • Occasional business travel (<10-15%).
