New opportunity based in Billerica, MA for a Regional Sales Director to lead, drive, and manage Bruker BioSpin Pre-Clinical Imaging (PCI) sales and business strategy for all product lines throughout the Americas.
Lead and manage the PCI Americas Sales and Application Scientist Team (approximately 10) and resources focusing on all product lines.
Report to Global VP Sales
Ensure achievement of quarterly and yearly PCI New Order Booking Targets and Revenue Targets in the Territory
Take leading role in the territory to execute the growth strategy for all PCI market segments, including MRI, micro CT and Molecular Imaging
Interface with customers on a technical level to develop a solid understanding of the intricacies of the work customers currently perform and communicate the benefits of PCI products along with the value provided by the Bruker BioSpin PCI multimodal offering.
Perform timely update and maintenance of all leads and opportunities in SalesForce.com.
Ensure adherence to Company policies and guidelines.
Perform other duties as required.
Minimum 7 years Life Sciences Sales work experience, including key account management and business growth focusing on pre-clinical – In vivo imaging market segments – (such as MRI, micro CT, and Molecular Imaging).
Minimum 5 years recent sales management experience driving and managing a portfolio of products, sales team, and resources with a proven, successful track record of growing sales and increasing market share.
Demonstrated leadership in sales development, negotiation, closing, and account penetration.
Highly self- motivated individual with a strong work ethic, experience developing high performance teams within a global, multi-cultural organization, and demonstrated excitement for new challenges and opportunity.
Excellent verbal, written, computer, technical, and proposal communication and presentation skills, including proficiency with MS Office Suite, Sales Force, and Miller Heiman.
Ability to maintain valid passport with flexibility for extensive and overnight travel.
Valid Driver License in good standing, issued by resident state or governing location.
May be required to pass security clearance investigation.
